They claim that it is made with the right ingredients through a clean process. But the delay in serving food is too much. The wash room was kept neat and tidy.
It would be nice to keep away the houseflies and other insects, on some occasions.
I brought 1 CB. It was ok, but the biriyani is not found to be of a kismath one. If gravy and quantity of rice is more, It will be so delecious. Other than this chicken pieces are more (4 pieces)

Comparing the taste from earlier (referring to Pandalam & Chengannur branch), the taste at this outlet is a let down. I guess with time the taste has reduced. It's only a comparison and nothing to report bad in the food. Their Biriyani is still good. Only a little less flavorsome.
Another observation is the readiness of the biriyani. It appears they cook in batches and take reservations. Most of the biriyani will be sold out, so anyone trying to have their biriyani at this outlet without any prior reservation will have to either wait or book in advance. During my 2 visits, I have seen customers being asked to wait since they don't have anymore than what they took bookings for.
While cooking in batches is a good thing (u get fresh), the flip side is the wait time.
Use the contact to book in advance if u plan to dine or take away.

The service was good.The food was of good premium quality. I ordered loaded fries and I felt like my money was worth it.The only problem I felt was parking I felt like if it has more space but that's a personal opinion other that everything was good.

One of the best restaurant to choose without a second thought, for those who are traveling towards Kottayam from Trivandrum. Samudra is an excellent place to dine. The restaurant have added many more seating options and the ambience is top notch.
