My baby has born here and was in NICU for 10 days. The best thing I observed about SNCU facilities of this hospital is just outstanding. And obviously Dr. Ashraful Mirza with an amazing character, who is known as God of Children around nearby areas, has awesome patience of listening and replying of all questions of guardians. Though few staff are rude little in nature, you need to tolerate them as you're getting best treatment for your baby. I would especially like to convey my gratitude to TPA representative (Miss. Dipika Koner) who helped me a lot to avail the cashless benefits from my corporate. Overall, Kisholoy Childrens Hospital is the best place in Burdwan provides excellent treatment for babies & childrens under guidance of Mr. Ashraful Mirza.

It is well equipped children & mother care hospital with OPD , 24/7 emergency, pharmacy, pathology, OT services for children. Managed by renowned Dr Asraful Mirza and his team this institution definitely stands by the patients in need with quick and proper treatment.

I would have given a half star or even less. The management is too poor to handle number of kids for OPD consultation. They take overbooking and as a result of what they fail to meet time management. They have a process of calling and booking the slots. Till date I have booked the slots and I was given a time frame to visit the hospital ( I have reached the hospital on time ). Every time I had to wait for at least 2-3 hours, even I gave them a call before coming. Practically they do not value people's time. Pathetic service. I wish there was another child hospital in Burdwan city. Any suggestions are welcomed.

"Kisholoy "-One of the best children hospitals in Barddhaman with good doctors and well trained nurses. They maintain the hygiene properly. The food of the canteen is also good. I'm highly satisfied with the facilities provided by the authority.

Best Child care and mother care hospital in Burdwan. I came here for an emergency C section, including that; I got A level take here by Dr. Mirja and all other stuffs here. NICU is also best . I am recommending this hospital with 5 star.

The best child speciality hospital in Burdwan itself and its surrounding area also. Arrangements are very good. According to your budget beds are available here. 24 hours doctors are available except sunday. They visit their patients twice a day. If mothers are also admitted with baby then you can book bed with the food arrangement of mother. Good quality foods are available here. Even you can get canteen facility also with good food

All doctors are very kind and polite. They treat everyone like family. This facilities have well educated and well trained staff. Also, comes under several mediclaim in-network.
