Kishkinda Heritage Resort - Near Anjanadri Hill, Hampi, Karnataka - Resort hotel in Sanapur - Koppal, India

Location: The property is situated amidst hills, beside a lake and paddy fields. Quite a picturesque place to stay and enjoy the holidays. Entertainment: The water park and the rides are a great source of entertainment, both for adults and kids. After a tiring trip to Hampi, I found great rejuvenation and entertainment in the park, everyday. Food: The menu was simple but the taste and quality were the best. Breakfast and Dinner were covered as part of my booking and were truly worthy. Rooms, linen and especially bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. Not bad though, but not great either. Prepare oneself for poor to no mobile coverage. Hotel provides complementary WiFi to it's guests, but, don't expect lightening speeds. No basic facilities like dormitory for the drivers. My driver complained of unclean bathrooms.

The location is Superb. Old property - Please renovate Rooms are not so clean - all switches, plugs are old and coming in hand Food is good ( Veg) breakfast is repeated and a little expensive The water park is good, but as it is open to the public cant spend private time here. ( For private only one pool is there nothing more than that.

Property poorly maintained, toilets were not not clean and equipment s not functioning properly. Even after several complaints no action was taken. Food supply is limited as property is in remote so better to carry some snacks for emergency.

Nice resort. Great lake view - you have to walk a bit up for this. They have their own water park which has many water activities. Great for kids they can enjoy in the park.

Good hospitality by the Personnel. This was the highlight of our stay - 4 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious, bathroom are clean but stinky (bad plumbing). But very bad food, avoid food at all costs. Buffet is a daylight robbery. The property is aged with no timely updation. The water park is the worst one can ever plan on visiting. All rides are rusty and weather-beaten.

AC rooms are good. Non-AC rooms are okayish. Rooms are little pricey, but the overall ambience around the resort is fascinating. There is also a swimming pool, plus a water park attached to the resort. Ambience is top-notch. It is far from the city, but worth the stay. Feasible only if you are traveling by car.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved along with the restaurant. Felt like eating In a mess. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the location and property was very well kept.

We visited in July. Hampi is not the place it used to be, all the cafes and huts have been closed down This is the only decent resort we found. It costed us 4500 per room which included dinner, breakfast and access to water park Resorts is spacious and covered in greenery Each room has a view. Food was homely. Their check in and out times are different. Please book online for better pricing.
