The most important aspect of being in the retail industry is the behaviour of the staff. I've had the most unpleasant experience at this store. It wasn't once but twice. Even during my second visit, the staff was extremely rude with literally no respect or behaviour towards the customer. You can have a really good collection but what's the point of giving ridiculous customer experience? It's funny that basic manners have to be taught to adults who are working. Also, what is the management doing after so many negative reviews about the staff? Clearly, they do not care. Extremely unfit as a store. I just saw the reviews and clearly many people resonate with the same.
Great collection and Nice experience overall! And the staff was very polite and helpful in deciding the best ring for me. I am not sure where the reviews about the staff being rude are coming from at all.

Don't know if the employees are asked specifically to be not hospitable to the customers, not a single staff member responded with a smile and extremely intimidating experience.
