Kiranshree Grand - Hotel in Guwahati, Mirzapur - Kamrup Metro, India

Located close to Gawhati airport it is one of the best properties in the state capital. Excellent rooms having twin beds and very large size. They have a balcony which is quite big. They have a very good restaurant at the ground floor along with a business centre. Hotel is maintained very well. Huge place in the front and lovely walkway. Suitable for marriages.

The cool breezy climate suited our stay at the hotel.Large room with an outdoor sit out balcony for a cool evening and early morning breeze was soothing in every way possible. Swimming pool was fantastic and my wife and 4 year old kid enjoyed to the fullest there.food quality was perfect.Reception, hospitality and customer service were excellent,both in the lobby and dining area.On the flip side,almost nothing. Except,breakfast time ,the area was crammed for space.Overall,a delightful stay in massive well maintained property. Everyone was so courteous, polite,ever smiling and welcoming all the time.

At a stone's throw from the airport ,the hotel boasts of a beautiful swimming pool, nice spa& gaming zones. There r many meeting rooms & a big restaurant offering multi cuisine delicious food. The rooms are also spacious with big balconies over looking the swimming pool

The hotel is situated near the airport and is very comfortably situated for business travellers. The resort structure caters the travellers who wants peaceful enviroment. The room are pretty decent and swiming pool is of 5 star class. The gym and play room could be better as the game room has older pool tables. The lobby area is large and feels cozy . The staffs are courteous and helpful. Will visit again in future. The lobby internet can be better.

The place is very nice, and had a very good experience outing there and also with the Employees name Rishan Syiemlieh who is very friendly and being cooperative with the client..keep doing the good work..

I had an unfortunate experience while trying to reach out to Kiranshree Grand, located on Airport Road in Guwahati. Two days ago, I made numerous calls to their contact number, and after several attempts, they finally picked up. I expressed my concerns about their unresponsiveness, but the lady on the other side of the call was a bit rude and unprofessional. What was even more disappointing is that yesterday, when I called again to inquire about something, they didn't pick up the calls at all. This kind of behavior is a bit unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to be a 5-star property. Effective communication is a fundamental aspect of customer service, and Kiranshree Grand fell short in this regard. It's essential for any establishment, particularly a high-end one like Kiranshree Grand, to maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with guests or potential guests. This experience has left me with a negative impression of their customer service, and I hope they take steps to improve in this aspect.

Wow what an experience here.. we were actually looking for hotels near Guwahati airport, and found Kiranshree resort. All the booking sites were showing costly prices, but we called resort, they promptly took our booking for way cheaper price and on arrival check-in was smooth as promised over phone, they also gave us late check-out option. About to here property: - Extremely beautiful, serene, clean and well maintained - ambience right from reception to room is praise worthy - good children's play area, gym and clean and huge swimming pool. Kids enjoyed in play area and pool for long time. - and a must mention is change area near pool, very clean and beautiful, hot water showers and lockers provided. - Food: Very delicious food tried their buffet dinner lots of verities each and every dish is tasteful. - Breakfast: complimentary breakfast was equally good, especially kids liked all the baked items. North Indian as well as South India items were really good. All in all a beautiful resort, a must visit. We stayed in this resort after staying in Vivanta and Greenwood resort, in Kiranshree the experience is way beyond the other two. -

I enjoyed lots in swimming pool. Staff are very gentle and focus on cleaning. Food quality is is not as per my taste but rest of service with sight views are wonderful
