Stay was actually best. Hadn't expected such great vibes over there. Had lot of good memories, and it felt like we're somewhere in between the woods, As though we belonged to the nature . And the place is close by to the cleanest beach (Keri), Arambol, Ashwem and many more. Also the view after waking up is definitely a bliss. Oh my goodness, couldn't stop myself from hogging the food. The food tasted delicious. The rooms were clean, washroom was well maintained and the hygiene was to its fullest. Also, the hosts are super friendly and they take care of you like any of our fam member did. Thank you Pooja for hosting us, and also Gops for hosting us with a good hospitality..

A wonderful view that you get when you wake yo from the bed if you choose this property. Excellent in the way they have constructed and also the owner very kind and takes care of the property very well. You have an island and sunrise view and also the Maharashtra border next to it.

Best place to live if you are nature lover and wants peaceful stay. Hosts are very friendly and nice people. Dont forget to have bonfire in night. Querim beach is very near from here and the view from balcony is amazing..

Horrible experience ever. We booked a family room. First of all in a small room when u keep two bed doesn't become a family room. The room was soo dirty and with stains on the bedsheets. When we asked the helper the lazy old man he apologized saying those brown stains are of water. But dint bothered to change it.There were insects and lizards in the room. We had no help but to shift our stay. We dint stay there for 10 mins also. We had paid 1200/- for this small room with dirty washroom. We asked for refund atleast 600/- but they told us about their cancelation policy. I would request the owner to gain some more experience in the hotel industry and business.Go n see some hostels and resorts in different price range so you get some idea. Also learn to give customer satisfaction rooms.That room is not worth for even 300/- . There should be some principles and ethics when doing business. Just taking our money is just not ok. Also pls google out WHY ARE ONLY WHITE BEDSHEETS USED ON BED IN HOTLES AND ROOMS. Lastly if you cannot manage the very small hostel pls give to oyo rather than cheating customer with such huge amount. This place is definitely not for descent people.

This place is a luxury for Nature Lovers, the scenery is like if a painting have come alive. Very friendly hosts, both Gopa and Pooja extended their hospitality with warm hearts. Had a great stay.

One of the most surreal and picturesque property in all of goa. I had the chance to meet the owner of the property serendipitously. She was very sweet. I stayed at the property for 2 days and had the best time. The owners of the property treated me like family. We became family. I would never miss out going here everytime I go to goa.

Not good for family and friends. Rooms are not clean. No light in bathroom. Major issue is lizards in side rooms on bed, in site pillow, bathrooms, fall ceiling every where. Mosquito are horrible and they even not so pest control in side room. False information share by care taker pooja.
