Kiran Children Hospital, Tuni - Hospital in Tuni - East Godavari, India

I had a concerning experience with this pediatrician who consistently displayed a worst attitude during my child's visits. This attitude was unprofessional and made it challenging to feel supported in my child's healthcare journey. A doctor should be approachable and empathetic, which was not the case here. I would advise others to seek a different pediatrician who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being.

Recently I have been to this hospital for my child's persisting fever over a month.with Dr kirthi Kiran's expert investigation n treatment my child fully recovered in a week. Most hygeinic hospital with a wonderfull team in and around tuni. I highly recommend this hospital for your kids.

Hospital was Good and Very Hygienic. Doctor's Treatment was Excellent . But Front office staff and Nursing were So disgusting, they don't have proper communication and behaviour with Parents. They have spent more time with smartphones even Patients are there. I have experienced that let me explain one example When one nurse checking temperature of my son they have to wait some to check but in that gap also they are using mobiles like YouTube, what's app, share chat. Other than this Evening was Good.

Doctor's treatment is good but the way staff respond to the patients is not at all accepted . They claim that doctor gave instructions to them speak like that. They don't even consider the kids for the treatment even if we take kids with severity also. Dr kiran sir, we are not sure that you really gave instructions to your staff or not but they claim the same. We come to your hospital with believe at same time we are losing same when we visit your hospital because your staff send us back . They don't even know basic how to speak with kids parents. I wanted to bring this to your notice what is happening in your hospital.

Worst doctor and worst hospital, this doctor always steals your money and this doctor always tries to trade with children's lives. So I don't recommend this hospital, don't go to this hospital, it's a waste of your money and time.

Worst hospital . They don't care about emergency for kids . Don't go to this hospital in emergency situation. Staff behaviour is very worst . Don't ever visit to this hospital .

One of the best doctor for kids in tuni. But I decided to don't goto this hospital again due to worst behaviour from staff. They don't give respect to parents . They show attitude and they speak harsh . I don't know doctor kiran noticed this or not. But definitely it will be impacted on hospital reputation .
