I just returned from this wonderful trip with Kipepeo. Had been on the Dibang Adventure trip (Arunachal Pradesh) and as always it was enriching, exciting & awesome. This is my third trip with Piran Elavia and Kipepeo and each one has been a unique and wonderful experience. Right from the pick-up from the airport to the drop back, everything is so seamless and meticulously planned that you are just enjoying the trip without worrying about any other logistics. From local homestays to authentic local cuisine everything is curated to offer you a truly immersive experience of the region. The local guides are very knowledgeable and share truly interesting nuggets of information and folklore. The warmth and hospitality of our homestay hosts - Amishi and Achali at Ahuli village was so endearing. If you are looking to explore the beauty and culture of NE, in its raw, rustic, authentic flavor and like off-beat travel and adventure, then look no further...Kipepeo it is !! Me and couple of my friends went with Kipepeo on Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya trip. It was a wonderful experience enabled by Kipepeo team (Piren , Anjali & team). They understood our requirements and customized the itinerary accordingly. 1. We mainly stayed in homestays which were comfortable , Clean and provided superb breakfast/dinner as per request. Rockcliff homestay (Shillong) was icing on the cake. Met the owner and saw his home and car collection.. simply amazing. 2. Drivers and vehicles provided were excellent... Rajibda and Birenda were prompt and very friendly. 3.Coordination between various stakeholders was excellent. We did not have to follw-up. Hope to explore other places with Kipepeo & team !!

I have had 2 amazing trips with Kipepeo in the past- one to West Sikkim in 2022 and another more recent one to East Arunachal. Piran is very knowledgable about the region and is accommodating where possible if we want to change the itinerary a little. For instance, when we were going to Namdapha we would have had the entire day to ourselves at the property so we thought of going for a longer drive and he managed to convince his driver to take us. Also, the accommodations that he books are usually very nice an have good service. Of special mention is the Namdapha Jungle Camp where Phupla was on top of everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

We were fortunate to be among the first tourists to trek along a section of the newly-opened Trans-Bhutan trail, all thanks to Kipepeo! Booking a trip with Piran and his team is always seamless, and this one was no different. It's only after getting to Bhutan and experiencing everything it had to offer, did we realize just how much thought, coordination, and planning had gone into making this trek so memorable for us. Right from the transport vehicles to pitstops to the hotels we stayed at, and everything from food to tents on the trek itself - I wouldn't change a thing about how Kipepeo showed us Bhutan! Thanks to our fantastic guides in Bhutan too, this trek is one I'm going to cherish for a long time. Looking forward to the next trip with Piran and Kipepeo, wherever it may be!

We travelled to Arunachal Pradesh with Kipepeo in Dec'21, and absolutely LOVED the experience! This was our first trip to the region, divided into two parts: started with Kipepeo's fixed departure trek to Namdapha National Park, followed by a customised trip further east along the Lohit river valley. Namdapha trek was very well organised, right from the non-rushed itinerary to the accommodation. Knowledgeable guides, great company, and stunning campsites made for a memorable trek. Kipepeo's support team comprised of members from the local community, leading to interesting insights and conversations. While exploring a new region, local cuisine is part of the experience - glad that we got to try out some interesting food as well. We extended our trip to explore Anjaw, the easternmost district of India. Kipepeo planned out the travel and homestays, giving us a chance to explore places which we had not heard of earlier. A short break in Wakro village was followed by a long drive to Walong, a hill-town on the eastern frontier. Walong is a nice base for day-trips to the border villages of Kaho & Kibithu, and a unique trek to witness the first rays of the sun on the Indian Himalaya. Big thanks to Team Kipepeo for this experience. We are looking forward to explore more of North East India with them :)

If I were to choose one trip as the trip of a lifetime, this one to Nagaland with Kipepeo will be a strong contender. Great company, knowledgeable guide, Gopal our driver deserves a special mention and a big thank you to Piran for planning it all.

Our Off Beat Meghalaya tour with Kipepeo is one for memories.Small but very professional team of Piran & Anjali arranged everything for us and were in touch all thru the trip. Their pick of stays, guides and places on this tour was amazing. Highly recommend taking this unusual trip to Bamboo Trail, Root Bridges, Maphanlur, Mawphlang and Shillong with them

I'd been looking at Kipepeo for the past 2 years. Initially planned a Sikkim itinerary with Piran and then the lockdown happened. So that went down the drain. Then was looking for options for Arunachal and he kindly helped with that. At the last minute, we switched to Meghalaya and Piran stepped up for that as well. More importantly, we were looking for an itinerary that was not a cut and paste of every standard itinerary. We wanted to incorporate more hikes and local experiences and a few of the popular destinations as well. The very first itinerary that Piran sent was extremely close to what we were looking for and infact, he was the only provider to have done this. So the interaction was off to a good start. We had very few days before we were to travel. So his quick responses helped seal this. He was able to understand our requirements and guide us with his strong experience, especially telling me what our 9 year old could do (seems I was underestimating) On the actual trip, he provided a local driver-cum-guide (his go-to man) and that completely took the trip experience to a new level. Shim was able to guide us through all the excursions planned supplying trivia and information titbits all the time. Plus, since we were travelling in the interiors, having him with us, meant we could eat local at the most basic places and it was amazing. A clean car, absolute safe driving and a perfect balance of friendly and discreet, we couldn't have done this trip without him Also, while we were travelling, one of the places we were supposed to camp at cancelled the stay. While disappointing, it was less so because of Piran's swift change of plans and ensuring we had another accommodation and we could do the interesting adventure parts. Our itinerary was Shillong - Mawrynkhang - Mawphanlur - Sohra (Mawphlang) - Sohra (Double decker bridge) - Sohra (Nohkalikai falls) - Shnopdeng - Ri Kynjei (near Shillong). The trip has been one of the best experiences of our life. The memories and the energy it provided is still carrying us through. Each day was a different experience, a revelation. We have our go-to man for every trip to the North East. Looking forward to more such trips with Kipepeo.
