Kinza Hotel - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

This hotel is in very isolated area. Rooms are simply amazing but location is worst. I cancelled my stay after reaching the hotel. The owner is a very genuine person and he understood my problem and allowed for full refund. If you have your own car only then you should think to stay this hotel else please do not dare to stay at this hotel you will only regret.... For family and couple travellers please please please do not even think of staying this hotel. Rooms are nice but it is located in very isolated area. I am sharing my view so that going forward someone else should not suffer in future what i suffered.

This is not hotel big property converted into hotel. situated in Hills 7 km away from city railway station with poor infrastructure. poor WiFi connectivity and cable connection in room was very poor and not working. staff lack in hospitality and unprofessional approach. Price for overnight package is expensive for this hotel. Good food as Mr govind Young man is food artist morning breakfast we tried like puri bhaji was awesome. Mr feroz property manager good man and cooperative. overall this is good for big family but lack few aspect as other hotel provide.

Hotel kinza was the best amongst all the hotels I've been to till date. The food was scrumptious at really low prices. Our room was airy and really BIG. Room service was awesome. And it's not even that far from city attractions,it's near the fatehsagar lake. Transportation is easily available. Don't listen to the people who say that the place is isolated and not easily approachable. It's a residential area where the hotel is situated. So not at all isolated. I just loved my trip to Udaipur and most of it was because of hotel kinza. If I hadn't stayed there, I would have missed all the comfort. Have a pleasant stay at kinza guys, I'm sure u will feel great abt it later.

I booked this hotel based on the information available on Goibibo.com. When I reached Udaipur along with my family, I wasnt able to find the location of the hotel. After having multiple mobile chats with hotel guy and with the help of god grace I finally reached the hotel. I was shocked to see the location of the hotel. It was extreme interior dirty location at far end of the city. Even my driver (a local Udaipur driver) was having problems to drive in those filthy roads. My parents refused to stay at such a place. I called goibibo to help me in the situation but was completely denied by them. I had a tensed conversation with the hotel bu he was not ready to cancel the booking or refund any amount. Finally I was helpless and couldn't think of what to do. I didn't checked in and left the hotel. At 10 PM in the night I was searching for a hotel in better part of the city. Finally after hunting number of hotels i finally settled in a good hotel inside the city. Not to mention, I had to pay a huge amount beacuse of on spot booking at such an hour. Also my amount paid to Hotel Kinza was a complete waste. This hotel is completely not for people going with families. Even bachelors might have an issue with such location. People go to Udaipur to enjoy and not lo live in such shady areas. Hotel Kinza should be brave enough to also provide the pics of outside area/locality of the hotel along with the beautiful room pics. Even goibibo should do a basic research about hotels before placing them on their websites. At last, people booking this hotel, do it at your own risk and be ready to face last moment hustle and money waste.

It's clean, comfortable, and offers a peaceful stay with all basic amenities in place. Feels like a holiday home. The location is a little away from the city and not very posh but the hotel makes up fr it. If u hv ur own car/bike it is not hard to reach here. If u r looking fr something nice and comfortable in less budget hotel kinza won't disappoint you.

Overall experience at hotel is good. Staff of hotel was excellent and they are always ready to help customer at any point of time. They also guide us if we ask something to them. Room were too large and neat n clean. Only problem is with location of hotel. Hotel is located somewhere 3-3.5 km far from fatesagar lake and hotel is located at residential area. Alcohol is permitted in hotel.

We were there for two nights and enjoyed a lot. Rooms were clean and spacious with good amenities. The location is little bit far away from the city. Staffs were very helpful and they arranged the cabs as per our requirements. I will remember the auto drivers Mr. Naseer and Mr. Yusuf. They were very cooperative and even helped us a lot to explore the city in a wise manner. And at last Mr. Hussain, thanks a lot.:)

Hotel Kinza is trap *to fool the people. My family alone with Three other family booked the hotel for 3 days and after 1hour of check in we planed to quit the hotel, so you can amazing the experience. Please avoid this hotel. * Rooms are smelling bad Toilets are not clean( after check-in we put a request to clean the toiled) Room lights are not working Water gyzer are disconnected Hotel management is not supportive Hotel situated in slum area Flush tank in toilet is leaking **, Please look for some other alternate for your stat. final we left the hotel before time without getting any money back as there is no cancellation policy by hotel. **. Who do you recommend this hotel to ? NO ONE
