Kinsfolk - Banquet hall in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

Overall, Kinsfork is an excellent property to host any event. We recently hosted a family function there and I cannot give it a below average or even an average rating. The party hall is decent with ample lighting and the quality of the food is good. The staff is quite supportive and Ms. Sharma, the owner of the property, even intervened during the planning and execution of the event. The rooms are well maintained with basic facilities.

I went to Ghaziabad some days ago for some solo trip. I stayed at this hotel and gain so good experience. So nice staff, nice n clean rooms, co-operative hotel staff, nice decorations. Their hospitality is also very good. The owner of this hotel MS Bhardwaj is very nice personality. She managed everything so well there. If you have any chance to go there then i advice you to must visit there and gain your own experience. I hope you will not be disappoint. Thanks

Very luxurious hotel with spacious rooms! The management is changed now and they have done a really good work with the hotel! Very professional, helpful, calm and friendly staff! The reception lady navita is very humble and respectful! Service and amenities are exceptional! The staff will go out of their way to help you! Will recommend 10/01

We hosted a birthday party function of my daughter at there big party hall, but whatever they say at the time of booking the hall was everything gone wrong on the function date, i.e decoration was 3rd class, food quality is pathetic, service of staff is very very slow( you have to request again and again to refill the starters, food bowl and other such dishes), There Air conditioner were not working or they switched it off again and again, you have to request everytime. After paying such a big amount for hosting function, getting such services in return is pathetic. We were very disappointed with there services. Just pay some more amount and go for some big banquet with good services.

Not a good location. Banquet decoration for marriage was not upto the mark. They deny their own commitments and harass the party. Food is ok. Staff was ok. Cleanliness was not upto the mark.

Very bad service of the staff, lift stop working in between, most of our guests trapped inside the lift, No such balloon decoration as they commit, They appoint Ms Barkha mam as event manager, whose every wording gone wrong on function day. Horrible Property Mr Pintu & Mrs Bhardwaj Lady Owners takes all the money before as they are aware guest will not pay the money during the event because of there poor services, 1. Genset Do not work 2. AC Problem 3. Rude Behavior Of Owners 4. Staff is worst 5. Zero Food Taste 6. No labeling on food 7. Owner Son Name Honey was handling operations but fails in that too These people are having zero hospitality background. Being a Wedding Planner i planned my own social event in their banquet it's my personal advice do not book this banquet in the beginning they are very smooth at the time of booking. AC was not working hence Cooler was put in banquet. Mr Pintu Gives you Life Threat too that he is a money lender he knows how to take money with LATH. TRUE FRAUD

DO NOT get fooled by the party reviews. These guys have separate management for banquet hall and hotel. Banquet hall food and arrangement is nice. Even though the staff was rude. All staff will expect and ask for tips but they re least bothered about service. But hotel is pathetic, better to stay somewhere cheap place of 500 cost. These guys have no proper rooms. But call all of them as "Deluxe" We stayed there for 3 days due to a function, and had to continuously run behind for 1 thing or the other. Few issues which we had was like, Room locks were broken 1 room had false ceiling broken and pieces falling on bed Gyeser not working 1 room was full for bees flying around Power backup not working Toilet seats broken for 2-3 rooms 1 day with no water and we had to go to another hotel for using washroom. More importantly, the staff and manager is rude and careless. Least bothered about customer. On complaint, he said, "we showed the room while booking", as if customers will use the flush to check if it's working. There is NO In-house kitchen, so good luck ordering food because they will also get it from outside (if they do). If only I can ask the municipality to shut down this place.
