The service in this hospital is very good. The staff here are amazing. Various experienced doctors are present here. The hospital premises are very clean. The behavior of the staff is good. Canteen service should be introduced here. Here you can treat your family.

Kins Hospital meets every good expectation and goes beyond. The treatment, the services, the care, the hygiene - all contribute to making the patients and their loved ones feel heard, valued, respected and cared for, and is therefore very conducive to healing. The doctors actually take time to listen to the patients' ailments, and provide good diagnoses and treatments, discuss with and explain everything to the patients, the nurses are very prompt in caring for the patients, besides being kind and empathetic to the patients, the food provided is good in quality, the cleanliness of the surroundings is impeccable, the testing services are quick and efficient, etc.

This nursing home was amazing facility and stuff behaviour so good... I am very thankfull for their services... Thanks to all of you..

We had a good time here. Hospital is very clean and peaceful. Staff are supportive. Receptionists are somehow normal but if they speaks politely and with attention it would be really comforting. Security guard sometimes too strict. They are just like robot don't understand any logic if people comes to visit Patient from far places. Nurses are very good. Very supportive. As a Nepali speaking man , I had a great comfort to have communication in my own language. Food which is given to patient is very much repetitive. After 2 days it becomes very boring. They don't have much variety. AC in the room never exceeded beyond 24 Celsius which is sometimes very disgusting when weather becomes hot. Our visiting Doctor was approachable and friendly. Also Hospital is very nearby to the main Sevoke traffic point it's very easy to access. Like the Hospital.

I found, KINS Hospital as a home away from home. I found the Doctors very helpful and concerned. The nursing staff were very very caring and always present to help the patients. The house keeping staffs are always at the door step to help the patients. I was really happy with the proactive services of all the staffs and authorities. One little suggestion from my side is a bathroom is required in front of Male ward. Rest I am really very pleased with the services here in KINS Hospital, Siliguri. I wish them good luck for future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the nurses for their help and for making me feel at home. Thank you once again.

It was very pleasure to had such a good hospital in my life. I would like to thank the whole staff, and nurses for the nice treatment and hospitality which I received and also special thanks to Dr, Bhim Dahal and his medical team who processed my surgery successfully with love n support. I specially recommended it to all the patients who want a family type environment hospital, then you all can go to this Hospital.
