Kinnerasani Deer Park - Wildlife park in Kinnersani - Bhadradri Kothagudem, India

Good place to spend some time with family and specially with kids. Deer park, swan pond, boating, dam and children's park are the main attraction. If u carrying any food in hands beware of monkeys.

Kinnerasani is an important tributary of Godavari flowing through the Warangal and Bhadradri districts of Telangana and Eluru district of Andhra Pradesh In the Khammam District, a dam known as the Kinnerasani Dam is built on this river. The back waters of the dam are surrounded by verdant hills and come to be protected under the precincts of the Kinnerasani Wildlife Sanctuary. The gross storage capacity of the dam is 237.8 million cubic meters (Mcm) or 8.4 tmc ft [2] The river drains on the right bank of Godavari in Telangana and forms common boundary between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states before its confluence with main Godavari river.

If you are looking to recharge your self.. you need to visit this place. Best place for family time and lot of greenery and well maintained. The nature beauty and the deer's view is a real treat to the eye.Going here anytime after summer is good. It will be stunning and stupendous experience.

Good place to see some water and the island kind in the middle of the water. Deer park is not upto the mark however one can have relaxed tint watching the water and its surroundings. Boating services are offered as well. Rainy and winter seasons are the best timings to visit the place.

Kinnerasani - Beautiful name with Beautiful atmosphere and nature. Deer park and boating is the main attraction of this place. We can see lot of deers and few peacocks, swans, monkeys and ducks etc. The reservoir is huge and accessible for everyone. The boating is one of the best way to enjoy the beauty of nature. It's very calm Serene and so peaceful. Boating charge is 50/- per head.

the place was real fun for the kids...u. an take a small boat ride and the view is breathtaking...can have small walk over dam...need to bring ur own food and water...as there is just one small shop in the whole area esp if traveling with kids...
