I've ordered butter naan and kaju paneer curry, naan's are ok but the curry portion is not enough for atleast 2 people, it's too expensive for that portion.
Ambience is nice. Food quality is good but service need to be improved. I tried paneer biryani it was good.
I would like to say KINNERA RESTAURANT is just a showoff. We went to this place yesterday and not at all happy with their hospitality and the amenities. Even though I have mentioned the ladies washroom has issue. And they did not let me use the another one and the staff mentioned that entire restaurant has only one ladies washroom. And they suggested me to use the same washroom if I want. Coming to food, it's not that great at all. The serving is worst than I ever expected. We had to request the servers to place the empty glasses for several times. Finally when they gave us the glasses were not even cleaned, they just gave us dirty glasses. We ordered chicken biryani family pack, it's serves 3 and half people. I am sure it's not a family pack at all. We have to remind them to serve us onions and lime, how funny is it. The same thing happened to other tables while we were there. One good thing is they gave exact order for my son. But surprisingly they don't even know which all are food items available in their restaurant. In this entire process the manager was in a break since from noon to till evening 7:00, this is really something to think about. And this is not only my experience, other customers has to face the same issues with the restaurant staff. I literally felt like I was their to train them. One more thing I must mention, when we were getting down from our car they is no one for valet parking. But at the end while we are leaving there is a guy who is trying to hold the car doors for my family while I am putting my son in his car seat and he is not moving a side to let me in. When I saw him he was drunk and barely stand. Overall my experience with kinnera restaurant was disgruntled. And I don't even recommend to anyone who are looking for great family environment, specially who are coming from abroad. I am giving one star because it's not letting me post if I am not selecting any star.
Super atmosphere , excellent service , extraordinary management , very friendly service staff and food is just too good and mutton biryani is just tremendous. I felt very happy and positive vibes in this restaurant. According to me this is the no.1 restaurant in management and food.
I ordered a fry piece Biryani it was too bad. As per my view chicken was not fresh and pieces are very uneasy to eat. I don't know why that kind of pieces served with Biryani. Apart from these the server Shantha was not talking properly.
The food was really bad, paneer was not even cooked and when we told the waiter about it, they were rude and replied paneer is not meant to be cooked it's served like this only. Very disappointed. Complete waste of money.
Food is good.. service needs to be improved.. Requested for an extra boiled egg for kiddo but they rejected it even after we are ready to pay extra..
