Amazing well planned rooms, real good food and service, very very hygiene conscious environment. Keep it up always.
Room are built with good amenities but service part needs lots of improvement. Their more focus is Bar and mostly customers walk inn for Bar purpose only. I ordered 3 times for tea without sugar and emphasise for without sugar every time but they served with sugar only. Bathroom are small in size, beautifully built but they don't keep soap & shampoo. Owners need to see operations & management in a proper way
A good place to unwind with friends and a restaurant to visit with family with delicious food. The service here is really poor. The stewards here are often non responsive to basic things such as drinking water. Also the kitchen takes a lot of time in preparing dishes. It took more than 45 minutes until I got my chicken lollipop served. Got really embarrassed as it was my first visit with family
The hotel staff's behavior is not very good at all or the owner's behavior is too bad to say that you don't want to stay at the hotel.
