Good waterfall in the middle of jungle, with decent flow of water. Trek of around 15 mins. No hike. Cars can be parked around church. Two wheelers can go upto a particular place from there 5 mins walk. Google location will end around 'The Cave' (an open air venue for wedding reception).
Map shows incorrect location, you can go upto the st. Mathew's church 1st then take a muddy road beside the big gate present there.. then approx upto 1km you can take bike.. then walk for 500meters you will reach to the falls.. falls is quite small, active in rainy season only.. it's best for kids n just to chill out.. if u r looking for an adventurous trekk n swimming.. this is not a place to visit.. people have littered the place which is ruining nature's beauty..
Good waterfall with low risk good for family picnic take food water with u hardly 15min treak
Best place for video shoot. No risk for anything. No deep water u can see in my photos.. Waterfall also very good I loved it.. And I'll suggest to go there.. But only I problem is that ur bike & car are not safe for that place. After parking your car you have to walk 10 to 15 mins in a jungle narrow lane after that u'll reach to the waterfall.. So when you are there u can't see your bike or scooty that's main problem. Someone broke my friend's bike's number plate & took the looking glasses.. Only this was our bad experience there otherwise everything was fine.. And one thing there has no medical shop nearby so be careful..
Kings Waterfall in Goa turned out to be a bit of an unexpected adventure due to a misleading location on Google Maps. What was meant to be a straightforward journey to a natural wonder ended up leading me to a charming church instead. While it wasn't the waterfall I initially set out for, the unexpected detour turned into a pleasant surprise. Upon reaching the suggested location, I was greeted not by the sound of cascading water, but by the sight of a beautiful church nestled amidst greenery. As I stepped inside, I discovered an ambiance of tranquility and history. The intricate architecture and serene surroundings offered a glimpse into Goa's rich cultural heritage... It's worth noting that while the wrong location was a disappointment, the experience of stumbling upon this hidden gem was unexpectedly rewarding. The mix-up allowed me to explore an area I might not have ventured to otherwise. It's a testament to the serendipitous nature of travel and the beauty of embracing the unknown. While Kings Waterfall was ultimately not found at the given coordinates, the journey turned out to be a testament to the beauty of exploration and the charm of discovering unexpected treasures along the way. It's a reminder that sometimes the best experiences are the ones that deviate from our original plans... Then a blessing. After enquiring form locals found a path leading to waterfall inside from the church. Although waterfall is not that breathtaking but can visit if u have extra day at Goa...
Beutiful place to visit . An unexplored spot by many but shouldn't be ignored. Entry is completely free and the place is hidden a bit deep in forest, with an easy path leading amidst the jungle. Although this is not a proper trek route nor it is that tough to be called one in the first place, which can be easily completed by people of any age. Once you reach the spot, you'll be tempted by the mesmerizing beauty of the fall, don't hesitate and jump right into it since there's no deep water involved be free to bath in. The only thing you must be bothered for is the broken glass pieces here and there. Have a bath, click pictures and remember to not spoil such a lovely place with your trash like other's. Also, wear full length cloth, good grippy shoes/sandals and carry mosquito repellent to avoid the trouble, especially if you're going there with your kids.
Amazaing waterfalls , best for weekend trip for family ,safe for children , small flow but excellent feel.
