I recently attended a corporate lunch event (7 July 2023) at their restaurant, expecting a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. The gathering consisted of 25 people, and right from the start, things took a turn for the worse. As the starters were served, I was appalled to find a hair on my plate with the very first bite. This lack of attention to detail was highly unprofessional and immediately raised concerns about the overall hygiene and quality of the establishment. Moving on to the main course, I encountered another issue. The curry was served promptly, but when it came to receiving the accompanying bread, I found myself waiting for an excruciatingly long 15 minutes. Growing increasingly frustrated, I finally decided to request four bottles of water as an alternative. To my astonishment, the staff responded to my request, confirming their lack of attentiveness and disregard for customer satisfaction. Disappointed and hungry, I resorted to drinking the four bottles of water as my lunch, as it seemed to be the only option available. This clearly indicates a severe lapse in service, as a restaurant should be capable of providing a proper meal for its guests, especially during a corporate event where professionalism and customer experience should be paramount. PS:- they didn't share proper visitors book leaving me with no option but to share my experience on public platform
