Used to be a great experience to get my ecosport serviced here but in recent years the quality has hit low. the customer service has become very rude and has gone for a toss. They are not able to diagnose issues properly. Every time I had a bad experience, I thought it might have been a one of case and I still trust and go there again to face similar issues. Will have to search for some 3rd party mechanic.

Over all excellent service experience in 2023 well mannered staff and pleasant ambiance thank you king ford its feel like family with you guys

Pathetic experience. i have booked an appointment in advance for a regular service. they have promised me that if i handover my vehicle in the early morning they will return it by evening. I have given them my vehicle around 9 o'clock in the morning. They prepared a job card at 2.30 P.M. and told me that it's not possible for them to return my car on the same day and made another promise that by tomorrow afternoon i will get my car. On the next day they delivered my vehicle at 7.32 P.M. No management at all. Hopeless people with poor service

Overall good service. Specially appreciated Pick up and Drop drivers for follow the COVID guidelines. Only issue with washing Specially using dirty clothes for cleaning Windshield glass. Otherwise Overall good service and good staff. Thank you.

Got replaced my break pad n disk both... But from the time of replacing m getting problem while breaking... Came 2 time... Again same problem.. they dnt have experienced staff now as bfr.. before it was really good . Now they dnt even care for customer problem.. n the person as executive as worst.. few even dnt knw what car is n what problem is. They are just a statue . They go n take car n just make bill.. huge amount of Bill they always Do. But service level is zero now ... M Ford customer for last almost 8 years.. but bfr n now is very different.. already sales is stopped. But atleast replace executive u ppl have . Just waste of ppl n time... Keep good ppl who can attend client n give respect.. feel like going in government departments wher it's your need . They have nothing to do with problem... N always new inexperienced unskilled excecutive staff talk to us ..

Service is good and so is the main dealership, need any ford car allowed in india visit here. Assistance is decent and waiting lounge is nice with latest car and other magazines and beverages. There is lots of waiting if you are visiting directly for services, so do a day prior booking. Security and sanitation facilities are decent.
