One of the good and affordable multi gym in Mangalore.. with a good collection of equipments and well arranged ... Monthly they are charging only 400 RS ... The trainer is very cooperative and very helpful... They provide gym suppliments as well as good service... I'm totally satisfied on their service..

Open from 8 to 1 and 4:30 To 10. This is not good . Some people like me like to train between 1 and 4. Other gyms are open from 6 am to 10pm.
