UPDATE: The shop called me after reading this review and started shouting on me in abusive language. Just don't go with this brand... The biggest fraud in the mattress market. Don't go with the brand name. They are worst as a mattress brand with cheap quality materials and quality. To top everything up, the mattress support guy lies to you on your face. So, choose wisely and avoid such fraud brands if you love your hard earned money.

Fraud company cheap inferior quality products, fake warranty nothing is heard. Commits fraud with its customers after faking hefty amount. Highly unrecommended.

Wish We could give negative points, Pathetic Service. Negative points for after sales service. Do not recommend it to anyone just because of the kind of staff they have. They are spoiling the brand name they have built over the years. They don't provide the same products as promised, once bought you keep on calling them all their staff will ignore all your calls and in case they pick up they only know how to make & commit fake dates for complaints resolution. I do not suggest anyone to buy products from them because while buying they'll do everything for you but after that they do not care. Very Very Disappointing, never thought that a renowned company will have employees like this who are spoiling the name of King Koil. We have been following up with them since the past two years, which includes 1000 calls , office visits but they still haven't found a solution. Fake Products, Rude Employees, Fake Commitments.

I recently bought an King Koil's Orthopedic Spring mattress having mix of soft and Hard Surface. It is an experience like never before. In store detailing, delivery was smooth and on time. Better Sleep quality makes me more energetic next day. Mattress aesthetics, upholstery, finishing are good and surr will last ots life.. no option to give more than 5* else deserves more.
