KINDER Consultant Paediatrician - Medical clinic in Kasaragod - Kasaragod, India

Expressing my disappointment with the recent experience I had at KINDER Consultant Paediatrician, Kasaragod. This is my first time visit. Receptionist's behavior was highly unprofessional and rude. Clinic does not offer an online payment option. In today's digital age, many patients, including myself, prefer the convenience and security of making payments online. When i asked about online/UPI payment, the receptionist didn't even provide an option. There is no ATM nearby. They need cash payment only. So, I went to a nearby shop, obtained cash, and then paid through UPI. Even though the doctor was good and highly experienced, the overall experience at the clinic was disappointed due to unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

Doctor was polite and helpful, only this reason we consult here again and again. But unfortunately the staff who are in front office behaves as so rude and no manners, I never expect this kind of behaviour from a clinic or hospital, so please don't keep this type of staff infront office to spoil the clinic.I never how these people have trained to behave such irresponsible with patients. So go for the doctor , don't except anything from front office.

Best kinder clinic in Town .Well experienced Paediatricians and friendly staffs.

Best doctor. Very polite and caring. He is not giving too much medicines. He explains exactly what's the problem and what we have to do. One of the best dr in kasaragod. Always crowded. Female receptionist are good and they are sending according to tokens. But male staff sometimes sending whom he knows first.

Doctor has good experience, listens for problems. Bit crowded on most of the days. Vaccination can be given. Need to take appointment over the phone. Overall good Kinder clinic.

Now clinic moved to New location in Nayaks Road near prestige exclusive showroom with all modern facilities,One of the best paediatrician available in Kasaragod,all staff in clinic are very dedicated and friendly also, please take prior telephonic appointment before going to clinic,which will help reduce the crowd in the clinic

Best Children doctor in Kasaragod. Supporting staff behavior need to improve.

Good doctor, but the behavior of the reception staff is very very bad.
