I had a great experience visiting KIMS Attingal. I did a wellness check for my family and visited few specialists. The service was outstanding compared to other providers here an was close to my experiences compared to European standards. The doctors were happy to explain the issues and answer my questions. There are minor things to improve.
Not recommended. Please train the receptionists to handle customers properly. It would be really appreciated if they could handle the customers first come first served. This is a basic culture.

Worst experience. I went for my baby's consultation but the Dr leaves in front of us saying his time is over. Before I reach there I informed that we are coming to consult the pediatrician on the way itself we call them. But the front office employees were also not Supportive. A Dr is responsible for looking after his patients. But here the doctor and the management shows that they didn't value the situation of the visitors. Shameful for the hospital field and shameful for all the responsibile doctors.
Worst experience from the receptionist,please train them to act properly before the patients,other things are good there ..

Worst staffs. Nurses are so rude. Hostile environment. Feels like they don't like people going there. I'll never go there again unless I'm unconscious and someone takes me there as an emergency ( hope that never happens)
