Excellent treatment and amazing responsiveness of the hospital staff.. Way too expensive though.. not for middle class people.. especially not for people without insurance.. Absolutely no problems with the treatment and service. Not happy with insurance formalities and charges for car parking in the premises.. Billing in lakhs already, yet wanting to charge for parking isn't appreciated.. No discounts in pharmacy too..
We came to Kims Kondapur with great hope that my father will be diagnosed for all the health issues that he was facing. And Dr Francis was able to diagnosed him almost immediately. He is a great listener and communicates in a very simple but effective way with his patients. My father's procedure was done in the same hospital with great success and we are very happy with their facility and services. Thanks.
Did consultation with Dr Ravi Shekhar Reddy sir. He is the best with consultation and my father in law got better soon with admission. The review consultation was fast and has a overall good experience with KIMS.
I am utterly disappointed with Dr. Venkatesh at KIMS Hospital. It's apparent that this doctor is more interested in extracting money than addressing patients' concerns. My consultations with Dr. Venkatesh felt like a rushed transaction - a mere formality before pushing for expensive tests and prescribing pills. To add insult to injury, my second appointment was rescheduled without any consideration for my time, and now I'm being asked to pay again due to the doctor's unavailability. This is not just a lack of professionalism but a blatant disregard for patient well-being. Avoid Dr. Venkatesh at KIMS Hospital at all costs.

Infrastructure: Overall very nice experience. Everything is systematic here Doctor experience: Doctor is also very good, in 1 visit everything felt alot better with his medicine. Staff: Staff are very helpful and cooperative, specially UROLOGY department staff.

Hospital is good. I happen to be here multiple times. Doctors, Nurse and house keeping everything is good. But below things need improvement : 1. Why inpatient has to pay for parking fees? 2. Quick admission and discharge procedures. 3. A must less waiting time in Pharmacy, and who charges on MRP medicines now a days ??
