Best thing is Doctors and treatment was excellent and it needs to improve a lot. 1.Nurses are rude and not trained well. 2.Cleanliness is not maintaining properly. 3.Food is cold and looks not so hygienic. 4.Sweepers are expecting money for each service

I recently visited KIMS and had a positive experience overall. The facility was clean, and the staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy. The healthcare professionals were knowledgeable, addressing my concerns with care. While the wait times were reasonable, there's room for improvement in communication about expected wait times. The hospital is also providing a Skype video call for visitors whose patients are in the ICU, which is a really good idea that provides visitor satisfaction and patient safety. The lifts are busy all the time, even though they have more than eight. Overall, it was a good experience, with room for minor enhancements. Moreover, the canteen at this hospital offers a variety of food options, and I found the quality to be satisfactory. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. However, the menu could benefit from more diverse and healthier choices. Prices were reasonable, providing a convenient option for visitors and staff. The hospital provided food to both patients and visitors. Overall, a decent dining experience with potential for menu expansion. The canteen on the G floor provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner of reasonable quality and quantity, and the cafeteria on the 3rd and 9th floors sells tea, coffee, and snacks. Must try muffills and veggie sandwiches.

Staff behaving is worst at manas panigrah sir D wing staff.. they Miss lead the patient to other doctors in the name of the manas panigrah sir... It's kind of scam service the staff do. I don't know this management have noticed. Stop taking Rs 1000/- in the name of the manas panigrah. If he is not available and tell them directly. We don't need manas panigrah team to consult a patient that can be done in other hospitals also.. It's kind of scam the d wing staff do. After taking appointment also they inform us manas panigrah team will consult. Then why visiting the Kim's. I have Dr. Manas Panigrah sir proscription record asked me to get scan and some blood tests... after taking scan reports they asking me to book a appointment. Otherwise his team will consult.

I can say this is one of the best team of doctors we have experienced in our lifetime. Under the supervision of Dr. Praveen Kulkarni my mother was treated so well . She was on ventilator but could come out very fast & efficiently. Though being a pharmacist myself u can imagine this review I am giving. Will recommend 100% for any ailment. Kudos to Team KIMS HOSPITAL

Mainly front office team(Receptionist and financial counseling and admission) helped me a lot and made the process easy every time in Radiation oncology department. Thank you for the entire team of front office.

Lab service is very good we got reports in less than 1hr which is very good even the rates are on par with Vijaya diagnostics. The care provided throught out the in-patient service is phenomenal. I strongly recommend Kim's for any health related issues

My dad got diagnosed with cancer and was admitted to the hospital for around 14 days. We had a very good experience with our treatment and stay during this time. The doctors had frequent visits and the care was around the clock. Apart from consultants, the nursing and support staff's care and hospitality (supervised by Sneha - floor manager) also played a major role for his quick recovery. We are blessed to have the hospital in our vicinity and recommend for any unfortunate incident in our life.
