Hi Team, Facilities in the lobby is very poor near dialysis section. Lack of ownership by facilities team in lobby creating trouble. Issue in the lobbyin the lobby as the relatives of patients are keeping the bags and huge luggages on the e walking path. No common sense show by public however, facilities team should take optimum ownership and lack of empathy when requested the same. Lack of cleanliness in the Dialysis department lobby. We have admitted our grand father in hosipal due to dehydration, we are in hosipatal for 5 days Patient didn't recover spent nearly 2 lakhs we have shifted him to other hosipatal, on the date of Admission the platelet count is 185000 but on the dare of Discharge it is 55000 only on last they said us.fully commercial, not good hosipatality.

We are ok to room maintenance and facilities also food and nursing staff support. Thank you for your support We are satisfied for overall service.

Good and best treatment for the patient. Iteracting with patient is very good. Maintenance is excellent like room cleaning and servicing of food. Nurses are checking patient health condition frequently. Small Advance: One pass only providing and it is very difficult while visiting to the patient and managing with patient. At least two passes must be given (it is my opinion only). Lift maintenance is very poor. 50+ age people's are coming for visiting to the patient and they are coming from stairs.

Very humble and service orient staff. Especially Sri Dr Rami reddy sir and Sri Dr Rama devi madam treated us as family members. Thank you all nursing staff for your great service. Pls ask canteen management to maintain hygiene and healthy food.

NICU nurses are too worst and they don't know how to behave with patients who had a brain surgery and they are very rude with patient family members who came to visit their patients and another problem with this NICU is patient bathroom they only have one bathroom for total NICU and that is also very slippery, anyway this hospital management will not consider patients problems but they ask us to give review about hospital when we were leaving.
