As patients, we trust hospitals to adhere to their vision and mission and provide us with the best possible care. However, my experience at KIMS Hospital has shattered that trust. I feel let down and disappointed by the lack of care and attention provided to me during this challenging time at gynecology department. Due to that, I lost my two babbies.

Went here for visa medicals. Parking issues, you will never be able to get parking in their compound. You will have to park away from the hospital and walk in. Gladly there was a paid parking nearby and was closer. Wanted to point out a general rule of thumb if the hospital authorities are reading this. Pls train your staff to be a little gentle towards people and not make them worry about things that could be sorted if looked at more calmly, especially when someone is there for something he or she isn't very knowledgeable about. Today I had to walk to my car which was first of all not in the hospital compound and secondly very hot conditions to walk and come back with documents which I was not asked to carry.

The gynecology department is inside this building. Well maintained and neat atmosphere. Cleaning staff doing great throughout. Decent pharmacy and systematic operation. Vast and elegant ground floor.

One of the best gynecology departments in Kerala in my opinion. Very well maintained and modern building. Very spacious with all facilities needed for any type of pregnancy. Very well trained doctors with decades of experience. My wife went here for her full term of pregnancy. Highly recommended!

Only one suggestion. It's very nice pic of a man drinking coffee in the hill area. But you guys arrange the position wrongly so it is not enjoyable that much please arrange properly

There are many aspects that need to be addressed with immediate effect. Often the "right hand does not know what the left hand does ". After having given appointment for a particular doctor and having waited for considerable time you are informed that the doctor is on leave. In reality the doctor is on duty in another branch of the hospital!!!!!!! You face the music for no fault of yours. And all aspects are supposed to be computerised!!!!! And again, not the first occasion Hope and pray that corrective measures would be taken by the authorities.....

Got vaccinated here. Very well organized and executed. Had booked slot at 9-11. Reached KIMS at 8 and collected their token. Parking was available. Based on token, people were called. Online payment was available. Appointment slip(mobile) and Id proof were needed .Senior citizens were given preference.
