Good hospital Good care and positive attitude towards all while interaction in departments...

In just six days, my life took a sudden and unexpected turn. After resigning from my position as an ICU RMO in Apollo Hospitals Bangalore, I developed excruciating lower back pain in the middle of the night. Despite visiting multiple doctors, the pain only worsened, and I started experiencing weakness in my legs and hands. Realizing that this was not a simple orthopedic issue, I urgently sought medical attention. Due to the lack of available neurology specialists and MRI facilities during the festive season, I had to wait before receiving a proper diagnosis. Eventually, I was referred to Dr. Githin Benoy George, a highly skilled neurologist and interventional neurologist. With astonishing speed and accuracy, he diagnosed me with a rare autoimmune disease known as MOG (Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein). I was in shock as I had never encountered this condition before. Dr. Githin explained the urgency and importance of starting treatment immediately to prevent further complications. With his compassion and expertise, he instilled confidence in me and assured me that I could still pursue my dreams of higher education. Under his care, I was admitted to the Stroke ICU, where the staff provided exceptional care and support. Within a day, my symptoms began to improve, and I regained normal speech, hand strength, and vision. I was transferred to a regular ward after undergoing thorough testing and evaluation. The speed of my recovery was remarkable, and I am immensely grateful to Dr. GITHIN and his team at Al Shifa Hospital for saving my life and giving me a second chance. With their guidance and the support of my physiotherapist-Rishad, I regained my physical and mental strength. After a mere five days of treatment, I was discharged from the hospital. I am now walking independently and managing my daily activities without assistance. The joy I felt upon receiving a positive test result for S.MOG is indescribable. Dr. Githin's ability to accurately diagnose my condition and localize the affected area before full imaging showcased his brilliance. Dr. Githin has also given me the green light to pursue my higher education. At this moment, I feel incredibly fortunate and believe that I have been chosen for something extraordinary. I am grateful to have the opportunity to start afresh and embrace life once again. My family and I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Githin and the entire medical team for their exceptional care and support.

Doctors and staff are very good. Lab and Pharmacy are good. Some OP areas are spacious and well maintained, like the neuro department. Waiting Time to see a general medicine doctor is too long and you will have to spend the whole day if there is a blood test. The interiors must be improved , especially the restroom areas. Some of them look very old and dirty and smelly. If you are about to park your car here. Try to find a natural shade or bring some sunlight protection sheet with you. There is no shades for the customer parking area. Which makes your car too hot to sit after a long wait for consultation and lab test. We can't say it's international but it's ok.

Disappointed by the delay in refund after a smooth hospital stay for my wife's delivery. Despite assurance and an approved insurance claim, the promised 15-day refund is yet to be processed, causing financial inconvenience. Hope for a prompt resolution.

My wife was admitted under the gynaecology department , the care received from the doctors and staff was exceptional. No words to express our gratitude to Dr. Nayanatara & Dr.Amina & Neonatologist Dr. Moideen babu, Labour room sisters & Nursing angels at floor. Also acknowledge the hospitals remarkable environment, the cleanliness, exudes a sense of divinity, fostering a healing atmosphere.

Poor service. Especially Lift waiting is horrible. Old people, patients, mothers feeding kids in ICU every 2 hrs have problems. They close all most of lift at evening and Sundays. People suffering even after paying loads of money
