I recently had the opportunity to stay at Kimmane Golf Resort for a day, and my overall experience was a mix of highs and lows.
Firstly, the place, stay, and rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. It provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway.
However, my experience took a sour turn during dinner service. The food, for the most part, was good, but unfortunately, I found a dead cockroach in my meal, which completely ruined my appetite and mood for the evening. This incident raised serious concerns about the hygiene standards in the resort's kitchen.
I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, and they apologized and offered a new plate, but the damage was already done. This is especially disappointing considering Kimmane Golf Resort is positioned as a luxury resort. Such hygiene lapses are unacceptable and make me question the overall cleanliness of their kitchen.
This aspect of my stay left me extremely dissatisfied, and it's a significant drawback to an otherwise pleasant experience. Everything else about the resort was fine, but this incident has left a lasting negative impression.
Went for lunch... food was great. Good service. Annoying bits were lack of common sense of reception staff who told not sit anywhere apart from dining area as it is meant exclusively for room guests. We were group with kids who were playing around and this was big mood kill. No roaming around the estate as well to take kids for a walk. For this. I better save time and keep my money in my pocket and go to meenakshi bhavan next time.
Chef arun's cooking is beyond amazing. The food is just too good. They make sure that you leave with a satisfied smile on your face after every meal. Big shout out to all the staff at the resort, everyone is extremely hospitable and make sure that you feel very comfortable. They pamper you to the limit.
Wish Google had an option to give 6-stars for properties like this. Everything about this place is just perfect. Perfect in every sense. Lush green grounds, cozy rooms with a view, delicious food, top-notch amenities and super cordial staff. Highly highly recommended. Would definitely plan to visit again. We decided to celebrate my husband's birthday at Kimmane and had an amazing time. The service is fabulous, would like to specially thanks Dhanalakshmi. The food was also great. Kimmane is a great place to relax, one can go for kayaking and coracle ride as well. We would love to visit again!
The ambiance of the resort and the food was amazing but I was upset with the F&B manager as I did not see any professionallism in his work behaviour. The organisation will have bad reputation of he continues to behave the same. I personally suggest Mr Prashant to undergo some basic training to save the reputation of the resort.
The best resort in Namma Karnataka. Worth every penny spent. Rooms are elegant. The golf course is truly international. Top notch hospitality. The food is simply the best. Any cuisine, any meal the taste is lip-smacking. Chef Arun makes food supremely delicious..! Overwhelming and liberAting experience at Namma Kimmane Golf resort.
This resort is soo beautiful.The ambience is just amazing.Its located at a very nice place at the outskirts of the city.Service is good food can be much better..overall a peaceful experience.
