Overall a great experience. They use the best of the products and adopt latest technology to give best value for money to the customers. They have a courteous staff overall but special mention to 2 of their gems - Satish and Grace. Satish has been my hair dresser for about a decade now and Grace is very good at her work. Kimi is very unprofessional place to go there for hair care. Myself and my daughter had been there for hair colour. They assured that the colour will remain for atleast six months. But the colour vanished in 15 days. It has been shear wastage of money. When I complained they refused to hear it. Do not recommend any one to go there.
