Kimaya Stay - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I booked their budget fan room for 2 days and it was one of the most disappointing experience ever I had. I wanted to inform them about late check-in even though 24 hours check-in option was available but they didn't respond to the message or calls. Next problem was the location in Google maps as it was not properly tagged. Finally on reaching the location I was asked to pay amount as a new booking inspite of paying the complete amount as advance because the caretaker was not aware of the booking. I had no option but to pay and take the room which they offered that was totally different from the the room that I booked. Next day Manager came and refunded the amount that I paid for the new booking but the room of my choice was not available. Later in the evening I was allotted the room of my choice and owner told me that they had no business with the online portal through which I booked the stay. Room was clean but it was full of cockroaches hidden everywhere.

It was a very poor experience, the most uncomfortable stay I've ever had. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed even once during the two weeks stay I had stayed there, bed was so hard, no proper lighting in the room, there were roaches roaming here and there, also no telephones in the room. My colleague and I even found cockroach one day in our breakfast and the manager there was arrogant about it instead of apologizing. Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. Don't know how such places come under Fabhotels! Very disappointing. I thought Fabhotels had a fine set of hotels under them but this is pure disaster and nothing else. Will make sure to never go to any Fabhotel properties henceforth.

Stayed here for two days. The new set up has done wonders. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. What I liked was the proximity factor. Transportation, food outlets, parks etc are within 5 mnutes reach. Wilson garden area is like a heritage area. This establishment is very affordable and the staff go out of their way to oblige the guests. I am looking forward to stay here again.

ihave very poor experience. I booked room here through agoda app and booking is confirmed and I reached there at night that time they tell to us thta there is no room and then we go for another one. In banglore everybody try to contact the property owners directly and avoid the usage of app

Conveniently located budget hotel for solo/business travellers. I stayed at kimaya for a short while but absolutely loved it. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. The place is also maintained very well and rooms are kept extremely clean. If you're looking for a budget stay in the heart of the city then look up Kimaya. Kudos !

Near Wilson garden police station, this place is good for stay. There are quite a number of food joints at nearby places n so it's just perfect location. There is domino, lassi bat, bar, pub, street vendor, temples, all nearby.

The front office staff (evening shift) was very rude. Their management seems not only faulty but fraudulent as well. 1. Over the phone, they guaranteed me a late checkout when we checked in, they refused to give us a late checkout. 2. Air-conditioning was denied. When we asked for air-conditioning, they were asking for 500 INR extra. We have to argue with him that it is clearly mentioned on the Makemytrip website. 3. I had booked for a deluxe suite as per Makemytrip but was given the standard room. 4. The hotel does not have a short walking distance to NIMHANS unlike their description unless you are someone like Milkha Singh. 5. The bathroom did not have a door lock. The door remained open, always.
