Very Very pathetic experience, please don't go here, as 2 times I have visited this hotel but the restaurant service is to pathetic as they serve outsiders coustmer but they didn't serve own resort coustmer. Rest you know well.
Location is just Fantastic!! You directly stay near to beach which is the best thing about this place. Rooms were in average condition, service was good, pricing is little higher comparing to overall package. Avoid the Wooden Killa room, in hot weather specially.

Basic services like electric kettle, doormat etc not available. Intercom not working. Bedsheets were not clean.
The best beach resort on the chivla beach in malvan you can stay.... It's so beautiful with the view and they serve good homemade food that's sea food..... I will suggest Killa Beach Resort If you are willing to visit malvan....
I had booked an AC cottage. Inspite they knowing that they have low voltage in the cottages due to which AC's don't function. Also there was frequent electricity outage throughout day and night. Both my kids were so frustrated that inspite having a 3 night booking we checked out the next morning. They lack the professional courtesy of mentioning that they have functional issues. My WORST EXPERIENCE in Malvan. Will never ever visit that place.
It's very good resort and beach view from resort room , it's located in nature beauty. Overall experience was good . Resort staff is very helpful. In night we can watch songs on big screen ,we went there during IPL hence we watch MI vs PBKS match.
Only one thing I want highlight is to provide breakfast in morning as complimentary.

This is the best resort on the chivala beach malvan.. The rooms were good and the price was also genuine... It is just opposite the beach... The beach is also clean and the rooms also with all basic amenities like refrigerator, geyser, ac , sofa, cloth drying stand, tv extra chairs... I loved it...

Guru's Kitchen is a wonderful place for all meals of the day. They open at 08:30 in the morning and provide a wide variety of breakfast. Lunch and dinner options are also quite varied in both veg and non-veg. They also deliver within close distance.
We stayed for 3 nights with our 4yr old kid. Absolutely safe stay, on a stunning location with one of the cleanest beach where we can safely spend our time even on night (Please do not litter around ).
