The hospital is very old. There are not much facilities over there but you can admit your kid if he/she is suffering due to an acute disease. The hospital has a small NICU, X-RAY lab, Ultrasound lab, general ward, semi private ward, special ward, deluxe ward, play area and a small lift. The hospital is constructed on ground and first floor. The second floor has a residence of the doctor.

Doc rahul is a gold digger who only want to fetch money from your pockets.dont have manner ,how to talk to patients. They will not give you receipts even if you ask because they already charged you high and dont want to mention it on bill.

Pathetic service, doctors and staff are very unprofessional, i would give them a negative rating, they are running a financial institution not a hospital, If a patent goes with health insurance they will ask you why you are worried you have health insurance. Worst service, after vaccination you have to purchase bandage with your own money and stick by your self only, doctor or nurse will not help you. Way of talking is very cheap and no dignity towards patient or their attender

I went for ultrasound, they charged 2000 rupees cash only and when I asked for receipt they declined to give. I went inside and dr Sapra was radiologist. She clearly told me they don't entertain if doctor is different then their preferred doctor ... when I asked for ultrasound image copy she declined to give to me .. now I understand why she was forcing to go through their preferred doctor because it's a scam .. they just mint money from patient and they hide information from patient ..I am going to complain this to health ministry .. as a patient we have rights to know the fact abs get copy of report ..ITS A SCAM .. do not got here

Don't go by the ratings. Mostly are fake. Greedy Doctor who just wants to earn money and is not empathetic at all to patients. He will recommend all sorts of tests, external recommendation of other specialists. High consultation charges too. Simply waste of time and money. Please consult some other child doctor.

I wish we had an option of not giving any star to this diagnostic center. The doctor is extremely rude and ill mannered. Doesn't know how to talk to a patient who is already in pain. I had to create a scene to get my fee back as she misbehaved with me while I was on the table for check up only because I did not have enough water before getting USG done. We have very few female radiologists here in gwalior and I would rather go visit a male doctor then visiting this one. Not just me, my sister, aunt and a couple of friends had similar experience.

Pls do not go their if you really love your child....they are just for eating money nothing else they all are incompetent ..they all are scammers...pls pls save your child and for better treatment better care go for only Govt care hospitals..must be having zero rating
