Kiki's Restobar, Alibaug - Restaurant in Alibag, Dhokawade - Raigad, India

Nice place, good food quality. But unfortunately I did not have a good experience as far as service is concerned. The waiters were getting confused with the tables, orders were getting mixed because of this. The manager seemed nice but I think the team given to him was not well trained.

Kiki's is a wonderful cafe at Alibaug (Mandwa side) . We had our breakfast here. It was the perfect beginning to our day. The open air breakfast location is just perfect in the morning sun. Good food and excellent service makes this place a must visit. I will definitely visit again if I am in that region.

While the food is good and ambience is great compared to the standards of alibag. They charge exorbitantly. The restaurant seems understaffed waiters confused and not really that good. They charge service charge (legally it's not mandatory mind it) without giving any kind of decent service which is 10% of the bill so that's not really acceptable. But as long as they are running houseful no harm done I guess.

This restaurant operates out of a charming Villa which is a 25 minutes drive from Mandwa Jetty. The whole veranda and garden of the villa has been turned into seating area where you will find nice chairs and tables under the trees. Since it's the middle of summer when we visited, they had put up air coolers which makes sitting outside pleasant. We reached at 8 am and they promptly took orders and served us. Taste of food served was quite good though choice of dishes could have been more. Ambience is really great. Though there is a swimming pool, it is not operational.

I had ordered 5 dishes and each one of them was totally flavourless and bland. Had ordered simple french fries and that also was disaster. Very disappointing given the food was expensive and the bill was 1.1k per person and totally dissatisfying. I really discourage people to come and visit this place. Total disaster.

Amazing welcome drink, peaceful n beautiful ambience. No rush could have quality time at this restaurant. Food taste is wow. Hospitality wise they r very friendly.

Loved the place! Loved the hospitality! Really helpful team preparing delicious food. Try the watermelon juice & paneer tikka. The whole Villa is available at around 35k per night depending on demand. But a good place for a group to have a party or for anyone to have a finger licking meal in a great Ambience.

Western food.. was fine for a fine dine type experience but not for local food or seafood experience Ambience was atleast for lunch... maybe better for dinner
