1)The place is on kihim beach, you will feel like staying and accessing private beach.
2) easy travel through riksha or bus from mandwa jetty.
3)This place gives very peaceful vibes, less crowded.
4) Rajesh Nagvekar Dada's - The Host was superb.
5) There home food beat veg thali and non veg thali was the tastiest.
Just want too add a cons about the washroom that can be little more clean and upgraded

They doesn't provide food service, hospitality & professionalism is bad, very small rooms, only the location/spot is good...
Trust me this was one of the best stay i had near any beach. It is beach touch property and the owner has maintained it so well. They got two ac and two non ac rooms. Rooms are simple but very neat and clean. It has so many trees around it that even in afternoon time we dint feel the sun. Food was carry delicious specially vegetarian food. Definitely going to visit again.

Best place to stay right at the beach, homely food, clean rooms and Nagavekar uncle is so co-operative. Rating it 5 star for services they offer at so reasonable charges.
Excellent experience....Spent two nights right on the beach... Delicious sea food, snacks with simple living experience. Enjoy the horse cart ride or morning/evening walk on the beach. Rest or take a nap or enjoy eating food outside the homestay right under the shade of the coconut trees.
This place is close to beach. Rooms are small, max 3 people can stay in one room, 4th one has to adjust. AC had water dripping continuously in the room, floor was watery all over.
Unfortunately, I left(forgot) my costly shirt while checkout, since then my friend(organizer) trying their number to keep the shirt safe, but they're not responding. That's my bad experience. From that perspective, not recommended to anyone.
Definitely one of the best and warm host. The food was quite nice! It's the best one can expect from a home stay. The stay's on the beach so u can enjoy the sunset just by stepping outside your room and also enjoy the beach to a 100%.
