Very bad staff! Firstly they have no idea about the products they sell. Not even what's stacked in which shelves in the shop! We wanted to gift wrap a gift that we hunted and found by ourselves in the shop. They only had one option which was too gaudy and bad. When we asked for an alternate, they said stock is over, and started throwing a tantrum like kids themselves by tossing over the wrapper and the gift disrespectfully! I'd rather suggest to buy online or even from smaller shops and encourage local merchants.
I have visited couple of times as this only nearby kids and toy shop for me. Recently I compared the prices of items that I have purchased in online portal. The prices are too high and most of the items are China made and quality also not so great. The service also not good and employees working don't even know where are the required items are kept. Avoid if you are not in hurry
Lots of varieties on toys.. priced bit high. But the customer service is good.. few varieties of baby clothes are also there. Pretty much all baby products are available.
We get all kids items there, dress of new born babies to a certain age... We get clothes, toys, Baby care kit, soap and other essential items available... Kindly have more options for clothes and good offers so that people can enjoy shopping at you place...
