There is no replacement/exchange option here. Think twice before purchasing in this shop. Better goto some medical or clothing shop for baby and mother care products/cloths and we can easily exchange.

A very good store for baby clothing and essentials. They have a wide range of collections at affordable prices. A must visit place for baby shopping.
They have too many varieties of dresses and gifts for babies. Do try them for unique collections.

Poor exchange policy, how did you come to conclusion that we tried that at home? While your employees didn't even saw the exchange dress. The other(colour) dress was good so thought will exchange the white ones with colour dress that's all, don't create false narratives that we tried the dress. If the dress can't be exchanged let that be it. Don't think the customers are immature to return the used ones

Went to this shop after facing a bad experience from other baby shop, both the sales persons named Chandra and Priya did excellent service. Purchased for about 10k+ and am very happy. Though the price is high the customer service is excellent. Never turning back for the past 2 yrs am purchasing from kids hub Pollachi. Keep rocking.

It is an experiential stay. People who haven't had much of staying in Farms and farm related experiences , you'll love it. Simple food and some exotic pets are available. Kids would love it. People who already have farm experiences and expect a posh
