Worst experience . This is the condition of building. Doctors are not available after 8pm. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Nurse not listen to patient and behave very rude . Hum kya kr sakte h itna dard to hoga hi aap baar baar kyu bulate hai Hume or bi patient dekhna hai these are the words of nurse and staff. Worst experience ever worst hospital. Government hospitals are much better than this worst hospital.i will not come again here not even in emergency
I was very upset with kidney stone for the last 1 month and the doctor told me for an operation. Then I came to know about kidney hospital from one of my families. Then I got the operation done by Dr. Atul Agarwal sir and the operation was done very well and right now I am under his supervision. All the staff and doctors here are very good and experienced. And I would like to also thank Dr. Rajesh sir.
Most of the time their lift not working, we have carry our patients through stairs. And in case of emergency on holiday or weekend the staff get on leave. This #hospital not good for emergency service. Bad experience.
Very poor experience, my elder brother had 10MM stone in kidney, he got reference from neighbourhood so he visit this place just because of trust & reference. Laser operation held in 13 may and discharge in 15 may, He visit this place before operation also and had follow up. Thik about it he had cashless mode but here he paid cash in 3rd class hospital and now still admitted. But now today he is feeling very bad because of lots of reasons, and i stayed here from 3 days and i feel the same & never suggest anyone to go for this hospital because: 1. Hospital is very poor 2. They just want money and after that they dont care 3. I suggest plz visit the hospital personally and after that think about of operation etc 4. No neatness or cleanles 5. No facility of room / bed 6. My brother admit after operation and he stay whole night without sheet of bed 7. Everytime we have to search for sister and staff for any kind of help 8. No cafeteria nearby option of food / hotel only if you aware about online food than you can think about it rest you dont get food 9. After operation my brother dont aware about the upcoming problems like blood in urine, headache etc they dont consult or advice him about these problems 10. Everytime they ask to deposit money, when we comes 12 may (they said to deposit money for filing and further process) as they ask it already seems like they are cheap. 11. Poor Toilet / Bathroom Personally i suggest if you are going to pay money so plz visit this place, have a look in facilities and after that decide you want to go for this or not. Thanks.
Just saw the video on jhalko delhi about this hospital, i do not know the matter of the hospital but the person sitting at the reception was very rude and unprofessional, which clearly indicate the unethical practice of the hospital.Atleast i will not visit at all here, peace
Hi, Recently i visit in A.S Kidney hospital and meet with doctor regarding my father enlarged prostate but on the first date of taking medicine my father realize very bad due to pain in back,headache and start loose motion then my father immediate talk with Dr.Atul regarding this issue by cell phone then Mr.Atul said stop immediate this medicine. Our concern is that if this medicine is not good then why gives her. All medicines are too costly and not sell on outside medicines shops. At 1st meet with doctor he want to direct go to operation of this little case due to money. Over all very bad experience with this doctor due to costly medicine given as well as loot policy is applying. So Please think to go for check up at this hospital.
Excellent Doctor, excellent team. My aunt was admitted with kidney specialist Dr. Atul Agarwal. She was found to have uretar stone. Doc. Atul advised us for surgery. We were fortunate to be operated by him. He is an amazing surgeon. After the excellent laser surgery, my aunt is completely fine and we wish all the best to the him and the entire hospital team.
Dr. Atul agarwal is an excellent doctor, who consult in these hospital, a very experienced doctor in urology. Apart from being a highly skilled surgeon, he is courteous and calm. He is updated with all the latest advancements of his field. Other than that the staff over here are very good and helping nature.
