Kv rao is good. But rest of staff mainly reception person vinod kumar consume money without knowing to doctor.emergency persons don't prefer this hospital.
Worst hospital...duty doctor is worst, careless, lier, un qualified and even other staff also. My son had admitted with 103 fever but discharged him forcefully after a half day when I questioned abt treatment n their bad behaviour. Even, doctor KV Rao also agreed to discharge my son then see how this doctor behaviour is. Duty doctor n other staff are sitting as a group in front of TV n njoying after leaving doctor. She wrote cough tonic instead of fever tonic. She didn't come to observe patients n she is sending house keepers to check patients. She didn't reveal her name n she introduced she is a daughter of KV Rao. Anyway, I have registered a complaint in the medical forum and she will be funished very soon. She is not at all qualified doctor.
K.v Rao doctor is he best and awesome. He goes that extra mile and my daughter feels very cared at every visit. My daughter is 8 years old now but from the day 1 she was born, I only take her to sir. He's not commercial like other doctors. I wish every doctor would be like that. But the duty doctors need to be improved.
Dr. Rao is well experienced and analyze the disease very accurately. Just with the symptoms of the patient he will guess the disease. The hospital serves both In Patient and Out Patient. The staff also do their job but not up to the mark. The consulting fee is 200 and for In Patient room charges are 1500 a day and its a common room with AC. Overall for kids its a nice place to recover soon. None of the Health Insurance company has direct contact with this hospital.
Worst experience please guy's in case kf emergency don't visit this hospital, very rude staff and don't care of our baby
