Worst bus ever it engine fail multiple times and their management team doesn't provide any backup bus, we stuck here on road. Bus condition is very bad
Staff is irritating... They took the passager who was fully drunked, when I asked staff don't allow him he told me that it's agents booking so we can't do anything, you talked to the office. While coming back to Pune bus was not in good condition, staff was also talking loudly, not ready to close the door also, wind was coming inside...
Not even 1star rating While boarding the bus there is no space for ur luggage. Luggage compartments are filled with paid parcel services. Drives says to keep luggage in passage between the seat & later during the journey driver and conductor onboards many unreserved passengers taking 30-40-50 rupees as per there journey distance and making kiosk to reserved passenger.
Very bad experience .. driver watching YouTube and wearing headphones .. I was travelled kolhapur to hingoli... date.. 30/06/2023 .. that time i am felling not well so i request to driver to sit me in window or driver cabin but they refused my request and taking local passenger to sit cabin for their pocket money ..
