It's a fantastic and perfect place for backpackers, staff here is very friendly and helpful. You can enjoy and relax in the common area which has so much to offer. I would definitely like to visit here again and recommend all the travelers out there
On date 24/9/2023. I travelled from nagpur to pune. I kept my bag in the side rack of bus before getting in, After when I dropped off a mouse damaged the bag as well as my things inside the bag. No proper care and safety at all for passengers luggage. When I tried to contact they are not responding at all. Service to too poor.
My experience of Khurana travels was amazing. Here are the important points:- Positives:- 1) Seats are very comfortable and clean. 2) Major point of Khurana travels is that we can open its windows(despite being A/C bus). Whereas in most of the other private buses, we can't. 3) Driver and other staff's behaviour was good too. 4) On time pick up and drop. Underwhelming aspects:- 1) Lights were not working. We had booked 10 seats,out of which 7 lights were not working. 2) The corridor space was pretty compact.
Very worse travels of 9pm from nagpur. The staff is also very rude and travels is also very damaged. It's leaked from upper side all your seat gets wet and the Ac vent is all open you can't close it. Seat is also not comfortable by paying sleeper coach you have to travel by seating Don't travel from khurana travels very worst

Journey and hosting of Khurana Travel is appreciable. Staff was enough cooperative. And continues Mobile notifications were helping to be reminded. But for such a long travel mobile charging points must be workable, Mobile charging points and cabin lights were not working. Curtains were in very bad condition, which is required the repairing.
Nice Network of bus but timing is too poor and buses is wanted to improve all of this.
Don't use this travels I requested them. To shift my ticket to the morning bus as my train was too late but the employees were very rude and misbehaving. Please don't use this travels agency. As my money is my reward of hard work. My 1200 ticket to mangrulpir got wasted
