So it is a very busy place in all the day. There is also many ticket counter in which anyone can book a ticket to travel. Also there is primary school (4no. Ward primary school), a higher secondary school (Jorhat Govt Girls HS scool) and a college (JB college) near to Baruah chariali.

The major area of jorhat city the area is clean but there are many street food available but they are not hygienic enough to have their food but they offer a lot of food dishes at night as well as day time also in the early morning. I visited during my journey to guwahati and i faced it a lot.
