Kholaakash A unit of Delicious - Resort hotel in Haldia, Banskhana Jalpai - Medinipur East, India

Stayed here overnight and loved every minute of it! What stood out was the attitude of the staff and the management. It was literally a home away from home. The food was excellent and the kitchen was very accommodating to our food requests. The rooms were clean, brightly lit. We had two rooms and since we went on a weekday, we had the lounge to ourselves. Went to the river side in the evening and to our pleasant surprise, a staff member was serving hot tea to the guests at the banks of the river. A lot of little touches like this, made this a great experience and a place i would definitely think of coming back to. Keep it up!

Just awesome experience with my family. Resort is fabolously decorated. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Riverside is awesome. Hospitality and food was worth to be mentioned. And lastly wonderful cultural program hosted by Khola Akash. Would love to be back soon.

Nice littel resort with plenty of khola akash just beside of the haldi river. Rooms were neat and clean, good supportive staff & very good food. A must visit place if anyone want to spend 1 nightout with a family or friends. We visited 2 times in the last 1 year & planning to visit again.

Excclnt place. We went for a day 19th aug to 20th aug. Rooms that we got were quite big... Linen and upholstery very clean and tidy. Washroom too very big and clean. Since we were 4 families we took the 1st floor which had 4 separate rooms, and a big living cum dining.. the entire unit was ours. Food is above average. The ilish tasted brilliant. Evening snacks to dinner to next day s breakfast and lunch... All had a wide spread lay. Not possible to eat so much. Staff is very polite, hospitable and warm. Service was pronto.. would recommend it not only for the scenic beauty but also value for money.

We had an incredible experience at Khola Akash Resort! The location was breathtaking, nestled amidst nature's beauty with stunning views of the Haldi river. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort's facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes. Whether it was relaxing by the pool or taking part in the activities, every moment was filled with joy and relaxation. I highly recommend Khola Akash Resort to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.

Nice place for spending a day with nature. Located by the side of river Haldi. Enjoy the sound of the flowing river water with cool breeze amidst greenery sitting on a swing. Rooms are excellent with all types of modern amenities. Enjoy wonderful delicacies. Only problem is the approach road which is not in good condition for travelling in a car.

Overall experience was good. The property is well managed with a beautiful view of the Haldi river. There are facilities like boating and swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff behaviour is very good. There was a beautiful musical event in the evening by the band of Soumyadeep (Shyam). The cost is a bit on the higher side. We did not like the food that much, as it was very oily. While the premises are totally safe, authorities should pay a bit more attention towards some unpleasant activities. After sunset, some folks (may be they were guests) were drinking and using obnoxious language amongst themselves, sitting by the riverside (within the premises), which spoils the environment. The real pain is the approach road to the resort. The last 4-5 km road is horrible and small cars would find it tremendously difficult to cross this part, especially if it is raining. Overall, nice place for a weekend trip with family and friends.

We have visited this place before as well, but then this time we loved it. The staffs are very very good. I have never seen such good staff in any resort. As there were various cultural programmes going on, we enjoyed every bit of it. Also the swimming pool, we had so much fun. Thank you for the lovely experience. Just one suggestion, if you can please maintain the washrooms and keep it a little bit more cleaner, that would be really good.
