I have been going this place for last 2-3 years. They have recently created new structures and more facilities for pupils that visit the temple. Its a very beautiful temple located on top of small hill. The steps have made it easy for us to reach the temple. On top of that, organisation has added some shade and water resources near top so that pupils can take rest after a climb. Currently, the water tap and tank are not working but it may be repaired soon. They are also building a small room for stay near the top. The place is mostly visited on Sundays as it is believed that sunday is devoted to lord khandoba.
This mandir is very unexplored, situated in the outskirts of badlapur. It's located on top of a hill. Though accessible by stairs, the climb is very steep and exhaustive. Take breaks in between and stay hydrated during the climb. Recommended in the early morning. The top offers view of the nearby villages, beautiful sahyadri mountain range and barvi dam.
550 stairs
Too steep
No any type of service for food and water is available between bottom to top
so carry one water bottle per person while start climbing
But when you reach at top you forget your tiredness
View is like vally view
Should take blessing of God once there
Nice place to visit. It has around 500 steps and you can reach easily to the temple.
The atmosphere near temple is very nice and road going towards mulgaon is scenic during monsoons.

Peaceful place. Perfect one day picnic destination with your friends and family. You can visit barvi dam and jungle safari located 10 minutes drive away from mulgaon. Don't ever forget to try misal and vadapav at Vaijayanti Dhaba, Mulgaon.
Amazing place to visit early in the morning or evening time, but highly recommended to visit in monsoon season. The temple is situated on the top of the hill to reach there you have to face around 500 steps, very exhausting to climb the stairs. Not recommended for those who is having high BP and heart patients. Keep ample of water with you if you are going there in summer. Over all good experience.
