Great lake close to Ramtek Ram temple. It's close enough to the highway to warrant a quick stop over. There's a route north of Ramtek that goes very close to the water. I'd recommend that one rather than the Google maps pin.
Nice greenery, nice lake for boating. A small kids play area. Nice views. Comparatively high entry fee. No proper provision for car parking. Food ok.

One of the amazing places you can reach out to for a day outing in Nagpur ! The drive till the place adds up to the experience. You see the lake from a height and then the road takes you till the lakefront. It's a must when in Nagpur.
Very beautiful location for hangout with friends and family... boating available in the lake... like motor boat, water scooter, rowing boat,paddle boat etc.washroom facility also available here.. only tea and coffee available in the canteen. You can't get snacks nearby... overall must visit place in weekends with natural scenery
Entry fee 100 Rs per person. There is a restaurant inside as well as an office. Boating here is a surreal experience due to the calmness and peace of the khindsi lake.

Very amazing and peaceful place. I visit there in the month if August i.e rainy season hence it was lush green with beautiful atmosphere. This place is around 45-50kms from nagpur and could be reached in 1 hour and 10-15 minutes. Best time to visit
