Worst experience and worst staff behaviour. They are just fooling customers with the name of gold scheme.. wen we go during redemptions they don't respond properly and not even showing the items which come under scheme. Wastage is too high. Mr. G. Vamshi sales person who attended us is cheating customers. He is wrongly calculating the gold price. Also states that that there are no items which comes with 18% wastage in the showroom. all are above that and charging extra with our providing any minimum discount. We tried reaching there flooor managers Kotesh and Sudhakar, but of no use. Pathetic service. Never Visit the store again..

Worst, they want always customers to take schemes, that's all. No one is interested in showing jewellery item, and billing people think that they are owners and can do whatever they want. They are just busy in counting cash and leave at the earliest, they are dumb and deaf,. Never ever visit khazana A. S. Rao nagar shop. TANISHQBUS FAR MORE BETTER than Khazana. I hate Khazana

Should focus more on customer service rather than selling your stupid schemes. Customer needs to watch out for the making charges / wastage, they make fool out of you.

Pathetic store and staff ... none of the staff members in this store respond well with the customers ... recently visited the store and for billing as well as gold evaluation section were least bothered about people waiting and were doing their own thing and kept us waiting for hours ... worst maintenance Definitely would not recommend visiting the store

Worst experience.. They force us to buy scheme... N we have to wait more than 10days to buy items after scheme maturity....To give them lakhs of rupees we have to wait hours......no one will attend to you even they are free... They are always busy in chit chatting with their colleagues...until we call them they don't attend ...Except 1or 2 all staff are very impolite.... They are not even interested to show jewellery... Many times I observed that they make fun of customers after they left... my schemes matured in April and I went to store for redemption n due to some issues i have not allowed to do the same...I have given compliant letter on 14.05.2023 and they told me that it will take 1day for resolving the issue....it's been more than 10days and till date I didn't get any update from the store....By mistake I have taken purchase advance scheme.. this is my experience after maturity.... Say no to khazana.. worst ..... I have given 1star because there is no minus rating...

They force us to buy gold scheme. But dont show any respect towards customers.. you have to forcibly ask them to show collection ( although very limited models) and that too they just show without any intrest... they make fun of customers after they left... have to wait soooooo long for anything... dont shop in khazana from now onwards and will pass this info to all my knowns

They don't even give a chair while you buy ! Infact the store doesn't have chairs ! I mean are you buying gold or just came to an exhibition? Request management to kindly look into ! Not at all inclusive for ppl with age and health issues.

Very very stupid behaviour staff,lot of time west,not responding any one staff carrectly ,billing to much late,and bihaviour...
