It was very bad experience, they don't attend people well, and even after buying the products they take more than 30 minutes to bill it , That too during weekdays where the crowd was less and staff was full. Completely inexperienced and inefficient staff. Horrible experience and felt like I shouldn't have bought the jewellery here.

Nice and uncountable jewellery collections. There is friendly and helpful staff to show the collections.

One star is for the delivery experience. The delivery person is very rude and need to have someone with courtesy towars customers. Otherwise they are certainly going to lose repeat customers. Overall collections are good and also Sales personnel are very cooperative.

Gold collections were OK, not bad. Staff should be trained to be polite and not rude. It took 25 mins for the staff to attend us. Like other showrooms, everyone(salesman, floor in-charge, cashier) were begging to open a monthly chit - once you say NO, then they will show their attitude. The staff were keep taking with themselves, not cared to respond customers.

Very poor treatment to old customer's. We were regular customer in Dickenson road branch and had joined the scheme every year there but this time in jayanagar branch there was no proper response to our queries and attitude was very bad. The sales person Ravi madiwalar was not able to answer even a single query. Very poor or no knowledge at all about the articles. I hated my experience this time in this branch.

Very worst experience. The gold patterns are very delicate (though product weighed 38 grams), product was broken within 1 week of purchase and no support from staff to followup and get the product fixed. Only at the time of product purchase they talk very well. Service is very bad when you call them they give least priority even if your product is purchased recently

Good collection but one sales girls was showing angry attitude for asking a seperate estimate for chain and the pendant. Also it's a pain and waste of time if you want to buy 2 bangles out of 4. They take a lot of time to make the decision on price and create lot of confusion over this and make you wait for hours!

We gave a necklace for repair . Actual weight of the necklace : 35.630 g After repair , the weight is : 35.600 g Inspite of having less weight..they asked us 280Rs extra saying that they used 40 mg extra gold for soldering. Even the staff were not able to give a convincing explanation on this weight difference. I didnt expect this from a branded jewellers like KHAZANA.
