The staffs are very helpful in showing the products. They are very professional. The jewelleries are also good in terms design. I got discount as well on the wastage. So good experience overall.

Don't buy any scheme here. If you buy then your money will be trapped with them. Once you visit the showroom after the scheme ends, they don't even bother to show you the models you want. They are least concerned about you since you would anyway buy some jewellery. These people will try invest more time for new customers. Such a shameless staff. Horrible experience with them. They made me wait more than half an hour to even show the models and even managers don't seem to bother.

Very worst store experience. No one knows the value of Customer satisfaction. One will say one price others will say one price. Better to choose other gold shops than this creep. Very worst All my time, money got wasted. Sincerely recommending to not to visit this shop.

Collections were good, and the employees helped a lot. The only challenge we faced was going to all the floors to get the melting, billing, collection, etc. Additionally, they have cancelled the gift for yearly scheme which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience.

Worst customer service here. They focus on how to trap the customers to buy more gold and sign up for their schemes rather than doing the necessary things for customer satisfaction(I bought necklace and links, they spent 1 hour in convincing us to signup for a scheme but they never bothered to check how they are going to add the links to the necklace and we ended up spending 500/- outside for the same work). And it has the very unreasonable manager and staff. I would have preferred giving negative rating.

On Saturday, I went to buy gold from a shop that was extremely crowded. Fortunately, I was able to find a seat and the salesperson I encountered was helpful, showing me the latest designs and collections. However, the frustrating part was waiting for almost half an hour for the jewelry after making the payment. Other than that everything is good, enough basement parking place for 4 & 2 wheelers

Worst store experience. They really need to work on their service. I have got gold scheme from many stores and I can surely say this is the worst service . They will only treat you with wellness if you are getting a new scheme that's it. We had to face lot of issues to get the gift item from this store as promised in gold scheme.

Unbelievable, Each individual guy says differently. One of the sales person says you don't get any discount and another says like you will get it and also they are so expensive in terms of making charges, especially for Diamond products. If you try to exchange any diamond products after 7days, they will slice all making charges of the product which is ridiculous and you should not exchange diamond products with Gold ones which is another irritating thing, and also You need to wait a long time in the queues to pay the bill.
