Bit crowded but staff are friendly and patient to attend costumers. Designs are good.

Different types of schemes were available @ khazana - rate fixing, weight accumulation,old gold exchange Gold design were very good and available @ reasonable price.

With an exceptional Hospitality the Store in Rajahmundry Maintained its Brand Value KHAZANA . I went there to Join Scheme for buying gold on monthly basis. the way they guided and hassle free process was impressive . But i just have a con over here. Inspite of Having too many cash counters .the processing and speed of payments is very slow .I hope they will rectify this minor but noticeable issue

Gold was very nice and it's very excellent models also, but staff are not friendly and thy will give importance to higher people than lower ones...if you're buying less gold means u have wait more and thy will not show interest to show gold items also...

I have been purchasing here for almost 10 years now. Customer service needs to be improved. They also have to check the stock availability of all the jewellery accessories. Not everyone will be able to come by travelling from far away places if they ask to come later to collect anything. Management needs to be improved a lot. The jewellery collection is good . But not happy to continue purchasing there due to poor management.

Worst shopping experience at Khazana , Rjy. On this Akshaya tritiya busy we have purchased one haram costs around 2.15 lakh. Later went to home we found some mfg damages in it. As a corporate branded outlet should have customer centric policy for damages , returns etc. But these people given least priority as customer already locked with money, without minimum trust , it's waste people to trust these branded showrooms. No zero rating , so given one.
