When we are purchasing items worth more than three lakhs, this manager person lacks the very minimum of common sense to spend five minutes with the customer. When we pay for the scheme, they will tell us stories, but when we take the products, they will display a blank expression and claim that this is the best we can do for the reduction of one hundred rupees. Instead of buying a here product, I will claim the money in the bank. Talented people

Good place to purchase beautiful and trendy gold jewels. Wastage is also comparatively less compared to other jewellery shops.

Customer service is very poor......The staffs are not aware of scheme details ....each time each person says different answers regarding chits .....No collections at all in this branch... Really disappointed

The service was good. Parking for two wheelers are limited and for car it is difficult to find parking. Unsure if they have a dedicated parking.

Gold purity level is good. If you buy gold from other shop and if we give for exchange here whatever the purity is available they melt and we can get on the same price, no extra charges detected. I have visited other jewelry shops they charge extra for the gold that if we bought outside from other shops. But here wherever you purchase you can sell here at no extra cost. Customer support and service is good.
