I recently visited Khazana Jewellery for a valuation, and I must say I was fully disappointed with my experience. The valuation provided was much lower Comparing other Jewellery shops, and to make matters worse, the making charges were exorbitantly high. Despite expressing my concerns, the staff showed no willingness to accommodate any discounts or adjustments. On top of that, their attitude was surprisingly rude and unprofessional. Such a combination of low valuation, high charges, and disrespectful behavior made my visit quite disheartening. And iam paying 10,000 scheme and they are not thinking the staff how customer value...I would caution others to think twice before choosing this shop for their jewellery needs.

This is the old shop of Khazana. The Big outlet of Khazana is just across the road next to Sangam Sarat theatre. This outlet has only few range of gold, silver and diamond jewellery. Friendly staff & vallet parking available.

Khazana ... Nahi aana.. Cheap tactics and unprofessional staff. We brought about 8 lacks worth of jewelry and ended up sent home with no dori(back tread for necklace). Just hanging in the box to get damaged?. And there was a runaround when questioned... ask the floor manager or the sales rep, talk to the billing, cashier.. You have no shortage for business, but please have some respect for your customers. Shame on you Khazana,shame on you Khazana. I regret for giving you my business. Disgusted with your service, and never to return.

The store contains jewellery with lot of designs and embedded with stones, light weight jewellery. They have a very huge collection of ear rings in gold but a little less in antique collection. But they also have huge antique necklaces and diamond jewellery collection.

A very spacious and large establishment of their own in Vizag. Plenty of models and designs to meet your requirements. Adequate staff to help you with any selections. Pricing is high compared to other jewellers. Pros: Excellent parking structure- The best i've seen anywhere Immaculate premises. Very high quality and expensive furniture, marble used Ample seating area Polite and friendly customer service Good queue management Cons: Khazana specific schemes are a bit confusing. They only disclose certain detAils while closing the scheme Making and other charges are higher than market price

This review only on manager behaviour not about gold or anything else. Worst experience with branch manager he don't have skills how to talk with customers. worst manager behaviour I never seen this type of behaviour any jewellery shop.
