A good place in Sowcarpet for Chat items. There is a seating capacity for 20 people. Heavy rush on weekends. The food is good and tasty. Staff is very friendly. Some new dishes also available so would suggest to ask for the menu before ordering. A must place if you are chat lover.
We spot that it's is snacks hub , they have all veg items price is little higher compare to other , tasty we ordered 3 items I tried garlic Toast veg pizza , the ambiences are good the place is very nices , services is good total price is @450rs with soft drinks recommended to try garlic Toast , and also they will delivery you.

It is located in one of the occupied places in Chennai, Mint street. The place is opened till 3:00 AM unofficially, and officially till 10:00 PM. It's a complete snack shop which serve sandwiches, Chaat items, Pizzas, Maggi and etc. They have a decent seating. You also get various hookah flavors here.The place is air conditioned with a large TV screen. There is no much place for parking as it's an occupied street.
The place is very good and food is delicious and at reasonable price. But I couldn't find them on any delivery app ( like Zomato ) , so if it delivers food through any app , I would give it 5 stars .
